Job Title: Lead and Demand Generation Manager

Department: Business Development Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Experience: 10–12 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end pipeline generation initiatives for USA & Canada Markets. This role is responsible for driving awareness, lead acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns, while closely partnering with Business Development and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in multi-channel demand generation, funnel optimization, and aligning marketing efforts directly with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Demand Generation Strategy &Planning

  • Own and execute the overall demand generation strategy aligned with revenue targets.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), buyer personas and target segments in collaboration with sales.
  • Plan monthly, quarterly and annual campaign roadmaps to drive pipeline growth.

  1. Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to meet pipeline targets.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure lead quality and conversion.
  • Take accountability for pipeline contribution and revenue influence.

  1. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution

  • Lead integrated campaigns across channels: paid media (Google, LinkedIn), email marketing, SEO, webinars, events, and content marketing.
  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns for lead acquisition and ROI.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts.

  1. Funnel Optimization & Lead Nurturing

  • Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
  • Improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.

  1. Analytics & Performance Management

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics (Cost Per Lead, Customer Acquisition Cost, ROI, conversion rates).
  • Use insights to continuously refine strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and provide regular reporting to leadership.

  1. Tools & Technology Management

  • Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Marketo, Fresh sales, Lead forensics).
  • Ensure proper lead tracking attribution and data hygiene.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve campaign effectiveness.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Enable sales teams with insights, content and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Fresh sales).
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, Search Engine Optimization, social media).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
