The Demand Generator (DG) is a senior, field-based demand creation professional responsible for building influencer-led demand, executing product sampling and demonstrations, activating key dealers, and delivering measurable secondary sales volumes within the assigned territory. The professional will be responsible for independently influencing contractors, OEMs, architects, interior designers, and allied influencers to drive sustained demand.
Key Responsibilities:·Identify, engage, and enroll contractors, OEMs, applicators, architects, and interior designers
·Build and manage a strong influencer base capable of generating repeat demand
·Execute product sampling, trials, and on-site demonstrations
·Convert product trials into regular usage through follow-ups and application support
·Identify and activate key dealers to enable influencer-led demand pull
·Ensure product availability and strong influencer–dealer linkage
·Drive consistent secondary sales volumes from the enrolled influencer base
·Track demand-to-volume conversion and report performance regularly
·Coordinate closely with Regional Managers, Area Managers, and internal teams

Skills & Competencies:· Strong field execution and territory management capability
· Deep understanding of influencer-driven demand models
· Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements·1.6–8 years of experience in demand generation, influencer management, or B2B sales
·Prior experience in wood coatings, paints, or allied industries preferred
·Strong working relationships with contractors, OEMs, architects, and interior designers
