About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to drive pipeline growth in the US market through strategic, long-term B2B marketing initiatives. This role focuses on building brand awareness, nurturing prospects, and generating high-quality leads that convert into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies targeting the US market

• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads)

• Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead quality, targeting, and pipeline goals

• Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing funnels

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools

• Run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across campaigns

• Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and database hygiene

• Stay updated with US B2B marketing trends, buyer behavior, and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Demand Generation / Growth Marketing / B2B Marketing

• Strong understanding of US market dynamics and B2B buyer journey

• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation platforms • Experience in running paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Experience working with US-based clients or teams

• Exposure to SaaS, Tech, or Startup environments

• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and inbound marketing strategies
