Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our video solutions. This role will focus on creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Joining: Immediate or within 15–20 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies across multiple channels.

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns including email, LinkedIn, digital ads, and content marketing.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

  • Build and manage targeted audience segments and campaign messaging.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates.

  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integration.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
