The Role

As our Demand Generation Lead, you will own the strategy and execution of how Bloom AI generates awareness, pipeline, and revenue. As an early team member, you'll play a foundational role in shaping our go-to-market engine.

You will:

  • Own end-to-end demand generation across content, campaigns, and growth channels
  • Design and execute a multi-channel demand strategy targeting enterprise buyers
  • Build and refine ICPs, personas, and messaging through market research and sales insights
  • Develop and scale organic growth engines (SEO, content, thought leadership)
  • Launch and iterate on ABM programs for enterprise and large mid-market accounts
  • Partner closely with sales and customer teams to align on pipeline goals and feedback loops
  • Establish experimentation frameworks to continuously test, learn, and optimize performance
  • Track, analyze, and improve key funnel metrics from awareness to revenue

 

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (US enterprise focus)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline-driving programs across multiple channels
  • Strong experience with ABM strategies targeting enterprise and large mid-market customers
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, ABM platforms)
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration
  • Ability to operate as a builder - comfortable being hands-on in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and product teams
  • Clear, structured communicator with strong project management capabilities
  • AI-native mindset - you leverage AI tools and workflows to amplify output and efficiency
