Job Title: Demand Generation & Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Demand Generation & Inside Sales Specialist to drive pipeline growth across the European market.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, working closely with Oracle sales teams and Trinamix leadership to identify, engage, and convert target accounts into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oracle Sales Alignment & Co-sell Motion
- Build strong working relationships with Oracle sales teams across European territories
- Schedule and drive regular cadence calls with Oracle stakeholders and Trinamix Europe leadership
- Identify and prioritize target accounts jointly with Oracle teams
2. Opportunity Identification & Account Mining
- Analyze target accounts to identify potential opportunities across SCM, ERP, CX, and other Oracle Cloud solutions
- Conduct detailed research on prospect organizations, including business challenges, initiatives, and decision drivers
- Map opportunities aligned to Trinamix offerings and industry solutions
3. Outbound Prospecting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and map key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts
- Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, selective calling) to generate meetings
- Drive personalized, account-based engagement strategies for high-value prospects
4. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify leads
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities to sales and leadership teams
- Track and drive early-stage pipeline progression (lead meeting opportunity)
5. Event & Webinar Demand Generation
- Support and drive targeted outreach for events, webinars, and roundtables in Europe
- Ensure participation from relevant accounts and personas
- Execute structured post-event follow-ups to convert attendees into opportunities
6. Database Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Customer, Prospect and Oracle database
- Track outreach effectiveness, conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Share weekly insights and performance reports with stakeholders
7. Marketing & Messaging Feedback Loop
- Provide on-ground feedback on campaign effectiveness and messaging relevance in Europe
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and value propositions
- Support localization of messaging based on regional nuances

- Number of qualified meetings generated
- Conversion rate: outreach meetings opportunities
- Pipeline contribution (early-stage pipeline influenced)
- Oracle engagement effectiveness (cadence participation, account coverage)
- Event/webinar conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation (preferably in B2B technology/services)
- Experience working with enterprise accounts and outbound prospecting
- Strong research and analytical skills for account intelligence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms and Gen AI/AI-powered productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc.
- Comfortable working in a partner-led sales environment (experience with Oracle/Microsoft/SAP ecosystem is a plus)
- Ability to work in European time zone overlap
