Role Description
We're building a team that doesn't just sell services we build growth pipelines for businesses.
At Aitek Media, we work with B2B companies, D2C brands, and professional firms to design their digital foundation, demand systems, and revenue funnels using technology, marketing, and AI-driven workflows.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow into a modern B2B sales & growth role, not just make calls.
What You'll Own- Research and build targeted B2B prospect lists using tools like Google Maps, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B directories, and AI-based scraping platforms
- Run multi-channel outreach (calls, LinkedIn DMs, email, content-led engagement) to start real business conversations
- Book and qualify strategy/discovery calls with founders, business heads, and marketing leaders
- Share proposals, portfolios, and solution frameworks with prospects and follow up through the sales cycle
- Support in-person meetings, follow-ups, and deal closures with the business development head when required
- Build and maintain your personal LinkedIn presence to engage and attract the right decision-makers
Who This Role Is For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services, digital marketing, or SaaS sales
- Comfortable talking to CEOs, founders, and business owners
- Curious about AI tools, automation, and modern sales systems
- Someone who enjoys both thinking and execution research + outreach + relationship building
- Hungry to grow into a sales/growth leadership role.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Uncapped Performance-Based Commission
- Growth path into Senior Growth / Sales Lead role based on performance.
Work Structure
- Work from Office + Travel Role
- Monday to Saturday | 12 PM 7 PM
- Pune-based and female candidates are preferred.
