We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills to support our demand generation and lead outreach activities. This role involves engaging with potential customers, supporting campaigns, and helping the sales team build qualified pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and digital outreach as part of demand generation campaigns
- Understand basic client requirements and qualify leads
- Maintain accurate lead details and call notes in the system
- Support campaign execution and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal sales and campaign teams
- Meet daily/weekly outreach and engagement targets
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking to clients/prospects
- Willingness to learn B2B marketing and sales processes
- Basic computer knowledge (emails, Excel, CRM training will be provided)
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
