Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire qualified leads through digital channels, walk-ins, referrals, and outbound initiatives
- Drive cross-category conversions across Vet Grooming Retail journeys to maximize lifetime value
- Manage inbound leads received through calls, WhatsApp, website/CRM, and coordinate timely follow-ups
- Track and optimize the new customer acquisition funnel from first touch to conversion
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing & CRM teams to run targeted campaigns for repeat & cross-sell
- Maintain accurate and updated lead status on CRM for visibility and performance tracking
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest data-backed improvements
- Prepare weekly reports on lead volumes, response time, conversion %, and category-wise adoption
