The Senior Manager - Corporate Finance will be responsible for driving financial planning, control, and strategic finance initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership, banks, and financial institutions to support business growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure robust financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate finance planning, budgeting, and financial control activities
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights for business decisions
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and consultants
Support fundraising, working capital management, and debt management initiatives
Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies
Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls
Support strategic initiatives including capex planning, cost optimization, and profitability improvement
Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team
