Delta V Engineering and Operational support
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Configuration: Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Commissioning and Qualification: Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of new drug substance facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systems
- Operational Support: Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ancillary data systems used to control and collect data for manufacturing operations
- Troubleshooting: Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integration
- Continuous Improvement: Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation
- Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP,GXP compliance.
Experience Required
- Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems
- Experience on DeltaV-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development
- Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing.
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module
- Configuration, Customization
- Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.
- Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11
