DellBoomi Leadto manage offshore delivery and support activities for enterprise integration initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading Boomi-based development, ensuring architectural compliance and driving delivery excellence.
The candidate will act as the technical anchor for offshore integration workstreams and collaborate closely with onsite stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Development
- Lead design and development of integrations using Boomi.
- Implement scalable and reusable integration patterns.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
- Manage API integrations, file-based integrations, and database connectivity.
- Support EDI integrations where applicable.
2. Delivery Management
- Own offshore sprint planning, estimations, and task assignments.
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Track and report progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate effectively with onsite and business stakeholders.
3. Governance & Best Practices
- Maintain documentation, design standards, and reusable components.
- Ensure secure and compliant integration implementations.
- Support CI/CD and environment management practices.
4. Team Leadership
- Mentor junior integration developers.
- Support onboarding and technical upskilling.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the practice.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall integration experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Boomi development experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Data transformation and mapping
- Error handling and exception management
- Database, FTP/SFTP, and HTTP connectors
- Experience handling production support environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid runtime models (Atom, Molecule).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Boomi certifications (Professional / Architect).
- Experience in retail or e-commerce integrations.
- Knowledge of EDI standards (X12/EDIFACT).
- Exposure to other integration platforms is an added advantage.
