We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer to join our team as a Delivery Project Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and expertise in mobile development, with a focus on delivering high-quality applications that meet client requirements. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage project delivery effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the mobile development team in designing, developing, and deploying mobile applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Implement best practices in mobile development, including performance optimization and security measures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks and languages, including but not limited to Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
• Proficiency in mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug mobile applications effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with cloud services and mobile backend development.
• Knowledge of app store submission processes and guidelines.
• Understanding of analytics and performance monitoring tools for mobile applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in mobile development or project management are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
