What would you do The HRMS OM Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and hierarchy of the organization's structure within the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). You will bridge the gap between HR strategy and technical execution, ensuring that every box on the org chart is correctly defined, funded, and aligned with business goals. Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for Technical Proficiency in HRMS modules (OM/PA) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). Analytical Ability to interpret complex organizational charts and translate them into system logic. Attention to Detail High precision in data entry; a single wrong Parent ID can break company-wide workflows. Communication: Ability to explain technical system constraints to non-technical HR Business Partners. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Structure Maintenance: Create, modify, and delimit organizational units, jobs, positions, and task assignments within the HRMS (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle). Hierarchy Management: Ensure reporting lines (Who reports to whom) are accurate to drive automated workflows for approvals, payroll, and security permissions. Data Integrity: Audit organizational data regularly to identify orphaned positions, vacant roles, or incorrect cost center assignments. Restructuring Support: Partner with leadership during mergers, acquisitions, or internal re-orgs to mass-upload changes and simulate new structures. Position Control: Manage Position Management logic—ensuring new hires are only mapped to approved, budgeted headcount. Reporting & Analytics: Generate visualizations of the span of control, vacancy rates, and departmental growth trends for executive review., Any Graduation
