What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

What are we looking for Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Relevant years of experience in HR Operations or Project Management. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or SHRM-CP/SCP (Highly preferred). Tech Stack: Proficiency in Project Management software (Asana, Trello, Jira) and HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and high emotional intelligence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • HR Project Management Specialist: HR Project Management Specialist sits at the intersection of Human Resources strategy and operational execution. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HR-specific projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Project Lifecycle Management: Lead HR projects from inception to completion, including project scope definition, goal setting, and milestone tracking. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure cross-functional alignment. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, performance management) and design project-based solutions to optimize them. Change Management: Develop and execute communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new HR initiatives or technologies across the organization. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, such as HRIS providers, benefit administrators. Data & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to HR leadership using KPIs and progress metrics., Any Graduation
