What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

What are we looking for 1. Create, edit, and publish digital content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or Magnolia. 2. Daily check briefs and consult clients incases of incomplete brief/inaccurate brief/ or any further understanding needed 3. Follow brand templates, component structures, and content guidelines to ensure consistency in layout, tone, and design integrity. 4. Collaborate closely with Design and Development teams to ensure accurate visual and functional output of CMS components. 5. Participate in peer reviews by checking content structure, formatting, and component usage for consistency. 6. Tag, structure, and organize content components effectively, ensuring proper metadata, SEO, and accessibility standards are applied. 7. Log daily work progress, blockers, and publishing updates using tools like Jira, Confluence, or internal systems. 8. Assist in identifying and escalating issues in component behavior, styling, or publishing flow through the Developer Lead 9. Experience in managing workflow tool 10. Maintain organized documentation and structured Sources of Truth (SOT) such as trackers and version logs. Soft Skills

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal business communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate and document issues incidents.
  • Always consult the senior Developer Lead or assigned mentor before reaching out to onshore stakeholders.
  • Collaborate proactively in team meetings, sync-ups, and during cross-functional discussions to support delivery goals. Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with one or more CMS platforms: WordPress, AEM, Magnolia.
  • Basic technical understanding of HTML, web components, and content publishing workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow component-based structured workflows.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, or MS Teams.
  • A collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership in a structured team environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
