Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Management of non-cash pay that represents ownership in a firm. This type of compensation can include, restricted stock and performance shares. Equity compensation allows the employees of the firm to share in the profits via appreciation and can encourage retention. Share plan management gives a company employees equity ownership rights or the right to buy share
What are we looking for Must have/ minimum requirement
- 12+ years of experience in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) operations (US region preferred)
- Proven track record of 7+ years leading teams of 35–50 professionals and driving operational excellence
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives
- Experience in remote transitions and end-to-end process performance reporting (SLA, TAT, Quality, AHT, NIGO, RCA)
- Willingness to work in a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs Skillset:

- Lead end-to-end ESPP recordkeeping operations across multiple processes and teams
- Ensure delivery against SLAs, quality standards, and contractual commitments
- Establish governance mechanisms to monitor performance, risks, and service delivery Team Management & Capability Building
- Manage Team Leads, SMEs, and operations staff; drive performance management and development
- Build team capability through structured training, knowledge sharing, and coaching
- Ensure adequate staffing, workload distribution, and succession planning Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for clients on operational delivery and escalations
- Conduct governance calls, present performance metrics, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technology, product, brokerage partners) for seamless execution Data Governance & Risk Management
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and controls
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of participant and transactional data
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks Transaction Oversight (Enrollment, Purchase, Reconciliation)
- Oversee enrollment, contribution processing, purchase execution, and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation between recordkeeping and brokerage systems
- Review and resolve high-impact discrepancies and complex issues Compliance, Audit & Controls
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards (e.g., SOC 2)
- Drive audit readiness, documentation, and closure of audit observations
- Maintain and strengthen process documentation and control frameworks Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements
- Lead transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and migration projects
- Leverage data and metrics to identify trends and implement improvements
