Job Location: Pune/Indore

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery and operations of the AMS engagement, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Establish and maintain ITSM best practices aligned with ITIL frameworks, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfilment.
• Optimize and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery metrics
• Oversee application support and maintenance operations, ensuring SLAs are met and service levels are consistently maintained
• Build and mentor a high-performing offshore delivery team, ensuring appropriate skill mix and capability development
• Lead capacity planning and resource optimization to maximize utilization and cost effectiveness
• Manage escalations and critical issues, providing timely resolution and communicating impact to customer stakeholders
• Establish strong partnerships with account leadership and customer representatives to understand evolving business needs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation, process optimization, and technology upgrades
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service metrics, and financial performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years of IT services delivery experience, with at least 5+ years in Application Management Services (AMS) or Application Support and Maintenance (ASM)
• Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
• Proven track record of successfully managing large AMS engagements for enterprise customers with complex application portfolios
• Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and hands-on experience implementing ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and request management
• Strong process orientation with demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize operational processes
• Experience managing large offshore delivery teams or multi-location service delivery models
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, and cost optimization
• Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
