Delivery Manager Cloud & DevOps

• Lead large-scale cloud and DevOps programs with a strong focus on automation, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with an emphasis on automation-first and self-healing infrastructure.
• Drive the development of reusable automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.
• Champion the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
• Establish organization-wide DevOps practices, GitOps models, and CI/CD governance strategies.
• Oversee delivery of multiple, concurrent enterprise programs across distributed teams.
• Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectivesrevenue, utilization, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Implement Agile, DevOps, and lean methodologies to enhance delivery velocity and reduce time-to-market.
• Act as the senior point of contact for global clients, understanding business requirements and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, strategic guidance, and consistent delivery performance.
• Travel internationally for key stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and business development engagements.
• Manage and mentor senior engineering managers, technical leads, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and technical upskilling initiatives.
• Drive the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Cloud, DevOps, Agile, and Automation.
• Collaborate with leadership to support customer acquisition strategies and service line expansion.
• Guide R&D and innovation initiatives, including intellectual property development and emerging technology exploration (e.g., AI/ML-based automation).
• Work closely with HR, L&D, IT, Infrastructure, and R&D teams to support delivery readiness and organizational growth.
• Align technology integration efforts with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 20 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing large engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in developing automation frameworks and tools using Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation services, and security compliance.
• Proven experience with advanced CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, including quality gates and governance models.
• Mastery of Linux, networking, and shell scripting for operational automation.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on automation and infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based automation and predictive analytics.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, GitOps tooling, and RPA platforms.
• Background in highly regulated environments such as Healthcare, BFSI, or Industrial Automation.
