Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to manage end-to-end recruitment operations and build a strong talent pipeline across multiple business verticals. The role involves leading a high-performing recruitment team and driving hiring strategies for mid to senior-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline across all verticals
- Handle lateral hiring for sales and support functions
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and vendors
- Understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring needs and expectations
- Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors
- Track and share daily/weekly/monthly recruitment MIS reports with stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 recruiters, ensuring monthly hiring targets
- Drive quality hiring, process improvements, and team performance

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA in HR (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 13 years in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing large recruitment teams and high-volume hiring
