14+ Yrs of experience in handling both functional & Automation testing teams.
Must Have
Strong stake holder management experienceVastly experiencing in large scale transformation
Good at proposing and adding values through acceleration
Solid working experience in Onshore/Offshore models
Insurance Domain knowledge Life & Annuity, Property and Causality
Experienced in at least one leading automation tool Selenium
Working experience in keyword, data driven, hybrid and BDD frameworks
Ability to hit the ground running and self-startersFair understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP), SAFe).
Experienced in at leading automation Teams & customer facing
