This experience includes familiarity with software product development life cycles and should have extensively management projects using Agile methodology. Experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time is required. Should have managed team of 100+ members working across various projects and accounts Management skills, including project management capabilities, are a must Excellent, high-level people management skills combined with project management skills are required. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills are necessary. Experience with project management tools is a must
