We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager with 15–18 years of professional experience and expertise in .NET and Java to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring collaboration across teams, client satisfaction, and business success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams to ensure client requirements and quality standards are met
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, resolving any deviations
- Understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions being delivered
- Identify, track, and manage inter-team and external dependencies
- Escalate critical risks and issues to stakeholders with clear impact analysis and recommendations
- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders
- Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and ensure high client satisfaction
- Define and monitor software development processes for Scrum teams
- Act as a liaison between clients and teams for daily or weekly status updates, risks, and issues
- Lead multiple cross-functional Scrum teams across Product, Design, Development, and Sprint Demos
- Create and manage project plans with an understanding of SDLC phases
- Drive Agile estimation techniques and Agile Metrics implementation
- Execute projects from backlog identification to production deployment
Requirements
- 15–18 years of overall professional experience
- 10+ years of work experience in delivery management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar; a Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred
- Expertise in .NET and Java technologies
- Successful experience in managing mid-sized to large projects and Agile transformations
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to engage with key stakeholders
- Flexibility to oversee cross-functional teams and program dependencies effectively
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies with competency in facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
- Capability to measure Agile metrics and drive transparency within Scrum teams
- Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management is preferred
- SAFe certification
