Responsibilities :
Lead the TD&O division aligned to a major business area, driving performance, innovation, and transformation while serving as the single point of accountability across technology, data, cyber, operations, and client services.
Partner with business leaders to align strategies with client needs, operational goals, and enterprise priorities, and enhance client experience through integrated service delivery.
Drive platform standardization, reuse, and automation, including adoption of AI and advanced technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Oversee risk, security, and governance practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a strong security posture.
