We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Delivery Manager for H&LS to help us expand our served markets by creating a new client base in the GCC space in India. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships
Delivery Excellence:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer project's needs, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and budget by managing delivery metrics
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Oversee customer-deployed resources, ensuring their performance, managing attrition, and streamlining replacement processes
- Oversee demand to fulfillment process to ensure we are onboarding to committed plan
- Proactively proposing continuous improvement in customer projects by adopting industry best practices and incorporating innovations and emerging technologies
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinating between internal enabling functions and customers, ensuring seamless on-time resource deployment
- Align project objectives with senior leadership goals, maintaining harmony between business strategies and delivery outcomes.
- Foster long-term, strategic relationships with customers, ensuring the continuous growth of Net Billable Headcount, thereby improving the customer share
Risk & Financial Management:
- Proactively identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and handle unforeseen challenges with agility
- Ensure Financial KPIs for existing business Revenue & Gross Margin
- Manage program/account financials, including forecasting, timesheets, approvals, and billing processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in managing complex delivery projects within the Heathcare & Life sciences.
- Deep understanding of automotive technologies, market trends, and mobility landscapes.
- Proven expertise in managing large cross-functional teams, driving performance, and ensuring team motivation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
- Experience in financial management and resource allocation.
