Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and performance-drivenCPL International Delivery Managerto oversee and manage lead generation campaigns across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing CPL-based campaigns, optimizing traffic sources, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring timely and quality lead delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute internationalCost Per Lead (CPL)campaigns across multiple geographies.

Work closely with affiliate networks, publishers, and internal media teams to scale campaign delivery.

Monitor daily lead flow, quality, and pacing against delivery goals.

Coordinate with advertisers to understand lead requirements and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Ensure compliance with targeting, geolocation, and demographic filters.

Handle troubleshooting of tracking issues, pixel setups, and campaign performance bottlenecks.

Analyzeperformance data and generate reports to highlight success metrics and improvement areas.

Manage pre-landers, landing pages, and lead capture funnels for optimal engagement and conversion.

Communicate effectively with international clients and partners regarding campaign performance, updates, and delivery expectations.

Requirements:

1-3years of experience in CPL campaign management, affiliate marketing, or digital performance marketing.

Strong understanding of lead generation, tracking platforms (e.g.,HasOffers,Everflow,Voluum), and attribution models.

Experience managing global/international campaigns (especially U.S., UK, AU, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and geographies.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
