Role: Delivery Manager

Location: Gr. Noida

Mode: work from office

Job Description:

Own the offshore QE delivery for complex, multi-channel retail programs (store, eCommerce, supply chain, POS, loyalty, etc.).
Establish and enforce QE governance, including phase gates, sign-off criteria, risk registers, and escalation pathways.
Drive adoption of automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD-aligned practices.
Driving innovation and AI
Oversee resource planning, ramp-ups/downs, and multi-vendor capacity management to meet dynamic client needs.
Should be able to drive automation initiatives using technologies like Playwright . java / Appium, AI tools in QE
Retail domain is good to have
