This is a full-time on-site position, located in Chennai, for the role of Delivery Manager. The Delivery Manager will oversee the successful execution and delivery of projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the alignment of project deliverables with client expectations.

• Expertise in Program and Project Management, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within deadlines
• Proven Communication Skills for collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively
• Excellent Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and coordinate teams for high efficiency
• Background in Consulting to provide strategic solutions tailored to client requirements
• Problem-solving mindset and initiative to address challenges proactively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is a plus
