Must-Have AI & Technical Skills:

● AI-Powered Development: Proven ability to effectively leverage AI tools (Claude code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Amazon Q) to accelerate coding, perform automated code reviews, generate documentation, and explore design alternatives.

● AI Mentorship & Driving Adoption: Experience in mentoring engineering teams to integrate AI assistants into their daily development workflows to increase velocity and code quality.

● Development & Solutioning: Expertise in developing n-tier enterprise applications (SDLC/Agile) using .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.

● Scalable Architecture: Experience designing scalable applications using microservices and synchronous message-based pub/sub architectures.

● DBMS Proficiency: Skilled in RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL/stored procedures.

● Team Management: 3+ years of experience managing diverse teams through effective communication and motivation.

Nice to have:

● GenAI Business Workflows: Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI workflows or LLM integrations into business use cases beyond standard coding assistance.

Role & Responsibilities:

● People Management - Lead team recruitment, development, and performance management efforts, coordinating globally to align on performance standards.

● Delivery Management - Estimate project timelines and ensure timely delivery, working with stakeholders to manage change and align with business goals.

● Process Adherence - Ensure that the team adheres to established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes to uphold high standards in development.

● Learning & Mentoring - Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members on advanced SDLC processes and technical skills. Encourage the adoption of new tools and techniques to keep the team relevant and efficient.

● Communication & Collaboration - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members on project status, requirements, and solutions. Regularly update internal tools (e.g., Jira, YouTrack) and collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to align on solution designs that meet product goals.
