Technical Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google CES and Vertex AI in designing or implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
- Proven experience deploying and integrating Dialogflow CX / Vertex AI conversational AI solutions into production systems.
- Minimum 2 years working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)including Cloud Runor equivalent hyperscalers (Azure/AWS).
- Strong development background in Java or Python Node.js with 3tier enterprise application design exposure.
- Experience with data analysis using SQL or equivalent tools.
Leadership & Delivery
- Demonstrated success as a Delivery Lead, managing multi-stakeholder engagements and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Hands-on experience leading an agile development team of 8+ engineers across onshore/offshore models.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problemsolving skills.
