This role is critical in driving centralized, standardized, and scalable delivery of annual and periodic talent and rewards cycles across businesses and geographies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and an excellent stakeholder experience.

The incumbent will lead planning and execution of key cycles including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, incentive payouts, merit increases, and compensation reviews, working in close partnership with HR Business Partners, Rewards & Compensation COEs, Payroll, Finance, HR Technology, and Regional HR teams.

  • Partner with Rewards & Compensation COEs to enable, operationalize, and deliver market benchmarking and other rewards elements—including variable pay, equity programs (stocks, DCUs/RSUs), and other incentive mechanisms—through standardized and well governed cyclic processes
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, incentive, merit, and compensation cycles.
  • Develop and maintain detailed cycle plans, milestones, dependency tracking, issue and risk logs.
  • Drive centralization and standardization of cyclic processes across business units and regions to improve consistency and scalability.

Governance, Controls & Risk Management

  • Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, controls, and SOPs for all cyclic activities.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and interdependencies, and drive mitigation and corrective actions.
  • Ensure audit readiness, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Systems Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with HR Technology to ensure system readiness, cycle configuration, testing, enhancements, and automation for Performance Process and Rewards.
  • Lead process gap analysis and identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and scale cyclic delivery.
  • Support initiatives driving selfservice, touchless execution, and improved user experience.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during cyclic execution.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Finance, and regional teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
  • Drive structured communications, playbooks, and enablement for stakeholders throughout each cycle.
  • Ensure SLAs are met, issues are escalated appropriately, and stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly.

Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver accurate dashboards, reports, and insights on cycle progress, risks, outcomes, and key performance metrics.
  • Support leadership updates, post cycle reviews, and retrospectives to identify improvement actions and embed learnings into future cycles.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for delivery of Performance Process, Rewards, and other HR cyclic processes.
  • Build a high performing delivery team with strong execution discipline, process rigor, and stakeholder orientation.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support capability development aligned to evolving scope.
  • Drive workload planning, prioritization, and capacity management to ensure successful delivery across concurrent cycles.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the centralized delivery model.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in HR operations, process delivery, or COE roles, with strong exposure to performance management and rewards cycles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, HRIS, performance and compensation systems, and data management.
