About the Role
As a Sr. Manager/ Director, you will:
Responsibilities
- Work with clients leading marketing & customer roles at Fortune 100 BFSI
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems.
- Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.
- Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Utilize your understanding of BFSI data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Leverage your expertise in Data such as Marketing, Customer Data, Risk, AML, Campaign Data, to provide effective solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI to build solutions and architecture to align the client and the delivery team under you.
- Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients.
- Apply Agile methods to manage analytics projects efficiently, ensuring they deliver value quickly.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, data engineers, data scientists fostering innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- 13+ years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise in BFSI or similar, KYC, Risk and customer analytics projects.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated capability in machine learning domains such as classification, unsupervised learning.
- Experience in Gen AI in leading to build solutions across co-pilots, Chatbots, Document extraction etc.
- Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, capable of leading and guiding teams.
- Experience working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively.
- 5+ years of team management.
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
