Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process or a specific segment of a contract, ensuring that all operational, contractual, and financial obligations are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring service quality, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. You will also engage in strategic discussions to explore opportunities for additional services, thereby contributing to the growth of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement improvements. - Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes. - Technical or Functional having AMS exp. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
