We are looking for a Manager Technical Implementation to lead and scale our enterprise implementation function.

This role goes beyond individual delivery. You will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, own large enterprise deployments, standardize execution processes, and act as the technical escalation point during onboarding.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless go-lives and faster time-to-value for our customers.

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Implementation Specialists, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of Leegality Consentin across enterprise clients.

• Act as a senior techno-functional consultant, advising enterprise clients on optimal implementation approaches for both SaaS and On-Premise deployments.

• Provide deep expertise in system architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise infrastructure, guiding clients and internal teams on complex implementation scenarios.

• Oversee and review client configurations and deployments, ensuring best practices in workflow setup, system integrations, and deployment architecture.

• Drive enterprise client implementations from planning to go-live, ensuring minimal Time-to-Value and high product adoption.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation challenges, including issues related to APIs, integrations, deployment environments, and infrastructure components.

• Guide teams and clients on deployment workflows involving modern infrastructure technologies such as containers, orchestration platforms, and enterprise hosting environments.

• Mentor and develop Technical Implementation Specialists, enabling them to handle implementations independently and improve their technical and consulting capabilities.

• Proactively identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and deployment bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless enterprise onboarding and ongoing customer success.

• Standardize implementation playbooks, documentation, and execution frameworks.

• Gather structured client feedback on product and implementation experience throughout the customer lifecycle and translate insights into product improvement recommendations.

• Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and project sponsors, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery.

• Support deployments with enterprise clients including BFSI and fintech organizations, ensuring compliance with their infrastructure, security, and deployment requirements.

• Work from client locations to support critical implementation phases and enterprise deployments.

  
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in On-prem product implementation, solution engineering, or technical consulting roles.

• 2+ years of experience managing teams or leading enterprise projects.

• Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must : Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure.

• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment workflows is preferred.

• Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.

• Experience working with BFSI / fintech clients is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is strongly preferable.

• Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployment.
