Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Head at Pratiti Technologies located in Pune. The role is about ensuring delivery excellence, overseeing the delivery of software solutions, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Strong software delivery management skills
• Proven experience in people management and team management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in product development and delivery
• A track record of successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the software industry, specifically in digital technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
