Role: Delivery Governance Lead - Banking Domain

Experience: 10–15 Years in test management & governance

Location: Working from OFFICE - Navi Mumbai

Summary:

The candidate must have 10 to 15 years of experience in test management and governance combination in a banking and financial services domain. He/She should have managed a client in delivering governance aspects, i.e. designing and delivery consistently: daily/weekly reports, projects status reports, monthly steerco reports to senior stakeholders, metrics management, defect management tools like ADO integrating with Power BI and other solutions, archiving the reports and MI analysis. The overall goal is to achieve the delivery excellence and this role is to support the delivery team. This role requires interpersonal skills and conflict management skills. This is a hands on role working with teams spread across geographies

The role involves not only the governance in delivery but also the governance in demand and operations of an engagement.

Technical Skills:

• Test planning through test execution involves functional, integration, automation and management
• Expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, ADO and UI Path and other tools
• Office suite especailly in Excel
• Ability to query databases
• Some basic understanding to leverage newgen AI tools

Functional Skills:

• Deep understanding of data ( like test case velocity, defect density, effectiveness, ratios, etc) produced by testing delivery and operations
• Metric validation and analysis
• Interpretation of requirements and quickly design and configure the tools
• Manage a dashboard and maintain histories
• Attention to details and very flair for numbers

Managerial skills:

• Stakeholder engagement remotely
• Conflict management
• Cross team, cross geo team handling
• Strong communication both written and verbal
• Leadership in governance activities
