Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Executive role based in Chennai. The Delivery Executive will be responsible for efficient execution of service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests. Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of foreign currency, prepaid Forex cards, and handling remittances while maintaining compliance with company policies. Interaction with customers will be a crucial aspect of the role, ensuring a high level of service standards and customer satisfaction.
