Key Responsibilities:
Packaging and Dispatch
- Assist in order packaging and ensure proper handling before dispatch
- Coordinate with food aggregators and their delivery partners for smooth pick-up
Direct Delivery Execution
- Deliver food orders directly to customers using your own two-wheeler
- Ensure timely and safe delivery using knowledge of local routes
Hygiene and Grooming Standards
- Maintain personal hygiene: clean-shaven, no beard, trimmed nails, clean uniform
- Follow company SOPs related to hygiene and food safety
Customer Interaction
- Represent the brand positively with polite and professional behavior
- Ensure a seamless delivery experience at every customer touchpoint
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School (10th pass)
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas
- Physically fit, dependable, punctual, and well-groomed
- Open to working in break shifts
- Prior experience in food delivery or kitchen dispatch is a plus
