We are currently seeking a Delivery Director - MBRDI R&D to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the organization's vision and mission.
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor department heads and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Promote professional development and training opportunities for staff.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Communicate organizational goals and initiatives to stakeholders effectively.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks to the organization and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability within the organization.
