What you will do
Key work activities:
- Risk Management (OIMS 2.1) periodic stewardship and ad hoc analysis
- Maximum Probable Loss (MPL) coordination and analysis for annual submission
- Process Safety Release Team facilitation and analysis
- Operation Integrity Management committee deck development and data analysis
- SSHE Leadership Council deck development and data analysis
- Process Safety Global Data Analysis team member (once 3-years)
- Ad-hoc Process Safety team support / membership
- Process Safety industry analysis benchmarking
- Evaluation and application of statistical analysis techniques
- Integration of data with non-SSHE data sources
- Research applicable analytical techniques for SSHE data and test value
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of business and operations knowledge/experience, including Process Safety / Risk Management principles, Operations Integrity framework
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on Process Safety or Industrial Safety Metrics, Data Management and Analysis
- Working knowledge and application of HAZOPs, Incident Management, Hazard Loss and Environmental Performance indicators; OSHA and API standards like OSHA 3132, API 754, etc.
- Experience working with IT Systems (Advanced MS Excel, SSAS data cubes and statistical applications like Python/R, SAS, MS-SQL.
- Should have experience on data visualization applications e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire.
- Should have experience in implementing Process safety standards/requirements and data reporting in a large company
- Exhibits critical thinking & analytical capabilities (data processing, statistical analysis, benchmarking))
Preferred knowledge, skills & abilities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point and Excel)
- Preferred proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools desired (e.g. JMP, Power BI, Power Query, SQL)
- Good working knowledge of data collection systems and processes (e.g. Sphera, Enablon, based enterprise tools)
