- A strong technology background in Open Source / Java, Microsoft or Automation / SRE based projects is required
- Should have worked in the software field for over 18+ years.
- This experience includes familiarity with software product development life cycles and should have extensively management projects using Agile methodology.
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time is required. Should have managed team of 100+ members working across various projects / accounts
- Management skills, including project management capabilities, are a must
- Excellent, high-level people management skills combined with project management skills are required.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills are necessary.
- Experience with project management tools is a must
- Should have a good handle of engineering best practices and should be able to seamlessly implement it within our organization as well as suggest process improvements to the Client
- Should take ownership and should be responsible for Delivery Excellence & Project Governance
- Should be responsible for Revenues, GM, Engineer Utilization along with People and Client Happiness
- Should build a strong connect with the Customer as well as manage customer expectations
- Driving fulfilment and staffing for new positions.
- Preparation of risk list, risk management planning and execution
- Managing customer escalations with clear attempts to minimize or achieve zero escalations.
- Leadership, mentoring, and guidance for delivery managers, project managers and project team members.
- Project team engagement, motivation, leadership.
