The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact You Will Have In This Role
- Support the planning and execution of software implementation projects by managing timelines, tasks, and risks.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, track dependencies, monitor progress, and ensure all project information is kept accurate and accessible to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to gather updates and maintain alignment on deliverables.
- Contribute to project governance by preparing status reports, documenting risks and issues, and supporting recurring project checkpoints.
- Work closely with delivery teams to gather requirements, document expectations, and support project-level communication.
- Manage tracking changes, documenting version updates, and ensuring configuration assets undergo proper review and approval.
- Accurately document incidents, decisions, and process changes within JIRA, Confluence, and other internal systems.
Qualifications
- Entry Level
- Bachelor's degree required
Talents Needed For Success
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or project coordination within a software or IaaS environment.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Sound knowledge on Infrastructure tools and technologies
- Strong organizational, communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project and documentation tools.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
