Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for the Delhi Law wing of the Youth United Council of India, located in Chennai. The role involves addressing legal matters pertaining to the organization, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also entails drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, as well as handling matters related to business law, labor, and employment law. You will collaborate with internal teams and represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, Business Law, and Labor and Employment Law
- Strong Research and Writing skills
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple legal matters, ensure compliance, and communicate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with regulations and policies specific to the region
