Role Description

This is a full-time, (11-8) on-site Delegate Sales role located in Trivandrum. The Delegate Sales professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting conference offerings to targeted prospects. This role involves managing client relationships, negotiating and closing sales, and consistently achieving sales targets. The Delegate Sales representative will also contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for establishing client relationships and negotiating sales
  • Ability to conduct research, generate leads, and identify potential clients
  • Strong sales skills, including expertise in cold calling and consultative selling
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a sales or business development role, especially in the conferences, publishing, or training sector, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
