Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Delegate Sales role based in New Delhi. The Delegate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients for attending seminars and events, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and presentation. The role includes conducting research to identify potential corporate participants, reaching out via email and calls, and presenting event offerings that align with clients business needs.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client acquisition
• Analytical and research skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Prior experience in delegate sales or the events industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
