About the Role

We are looking for ahighly motivated Delegate Sales Specialistto join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling delegate passes for high-level international conferences focused on theenergy, industrial, and technology sectors.

As a Delegate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible foridentifying potential participants, reaching out to industry professionals, and securing registrations for our conferences through consultative sales and relationship building.

This role is ideal for individuals who areconfident communicators, results-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conductoutbound sales calls and email outreachto potential conference delegates.
  • Promote and selldelegate passes for international conferences and industry events.
  • Identify and engage professionals from industries such asOil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in theCRM system.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into confirmed registrations.
  • Achieveweekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support event promotion campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
  • 03 years of experiencein sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
  • Excellentcommunication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable makinghigh-volume outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated with a strongtarget-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in afast-paced sales environment.
  • Basic knowledge ofCRM systems and MS Officeis preferred.
Compensation
  • Salary: INR 35,000 45,000 per month
  • Performance-based incentives may be offered based on results.
