Defect Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage defect lifecycle and defect tracking processes for embedded automotive products.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams to prioritize and resolve defects.
• Ensure timely defect closure and provide periodic status reports to stakeholders.
• Define and implement defect management policies, standards, and metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities related to defects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of defect management tools and processes.
• Expertise in automotive or embedded software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred.
