This is a full-time, on-site role for a Decor Sales professional based in Dehra Dun. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their decor needs, identifying business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client requirements. The role demands developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing sales strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products. The position also involves regular coordination with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding and responding to client needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and deliver results.
• Capability to provide effective coaching and Training for staff to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.
• Experience in event planning or interior decor industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
