Decision Rule Engine Lead
- Well familiar with Decision Rules components such as Decision Tables Decision Trees Rule flows scripting rules
- Develop and implement complex decision algorithms using advanced programming languages for seamless integration with existing systems
- Integrate decision rule engines with data pipelines and external APIs
- Automate by applying rules and decision criteria to data
- Define and manage complex business rules to cater the requirements
- Proficient in establishing connections with multiple data sources including databases and APIs facilitating smooth data flow and integration across various systems
- Experience in cloudbased and onpremises deployment solution that meets the infrastructure and security requirements
- enables dynamic changes in rule execution allowing businesses to adapt swiftly to evolving requirements and market condition
- Facilitate robust workflow automation capabilities enabling the creation and automation of complex business processes with ease
- Formulate efficient rule and workflow capabilities allow teams in reduction of development time
- Efficient in data fetching reducing the time and effort required to gather and process information
- Reduce the dependency on intricate coding and enabling faster iterations
- Knowledge of any ticketing tool such as JIRA ServiceNow Salesforce etc
- Ensure that the SLAs are met on time to support business continuity for the customer for all the incidents
- Available as needed to support critical business incidents P1P2 over weekends off business hours
- Proactively monitoring the platform stability generate metrics and suggests enhancements for improvement
- Must have good understanding of various data formats XML JSON CSV Database and EDI Good to have
- Understanding of REST SOAP Webservices and API Communication protocols SFTP HTTP File IO AS2
- PubSub model Event based Integrations Boomi document flow and document cache error handling and exception handling Decent understanding on the integration patterns
- Extensive experience with SFDC connectorslisteners SAP connectorslisteners Database Connectors SuccessFactors Connectors and Webservices ConnectorsListener
- Knowledge of coding scripting in Java Groovy JavaScript etc
- Good at analytics and have a knack of solving complex integration scenarios
- Great interpersonal and communication skills to drive stakeholders meetings
- Good understanding on AgileLean methodology DevOps
- Professional Admin Certification is mandatory
