Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Recovery Agent, based in Sholinganallur. The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiating and finalizing payment plans, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. The role requires effective communication with customers to resolve issues, analyze financial data, and provide excellent customer service during recovery efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Debt Collection with the ability to negotiate and finalize payment arrangements
- Strong Analytical Skills and a detail-oriented mindset to evaluate financial data and develop solutions
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing customer concerns and fostering positive interactions
- Understanding of Finance principles, with knowledge of financial regulations being a plus
- Ability to maintain patience and professionalism in challenging situations
- Proficiency with relevant recovery or CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
